Meet the Baker Behind the Studio

Mini’s Bake Studio is led by Amita Prakash, a baker by heart and a nutritionist by education.

Amita grew up in Chandigarh, India, where baking was not a business, but a quiet, daily ritual passed down through generations. Her earliest lessons came from watching her grandmother bake without measuring cups — relying instead on instinct, observation, and experience.

Those handwritten, flour-stained recipes are still preserved today. They represent more than flavors — they reflect a way of working: slow, intentional, and deeply personal.

Where Tradition Meets Training

Alongside her love for baking, Amita pursued formal education in Food Science and Nutrition. This gave her a deeper understanding of ingredients, food sensitivities, and how recipes can be thoughtfully adapted for different needs.

Over the years, she has baked for families across continents, gaining hands-on experience that no commercial kitchen can replicate. Her skills were shaped not by factory systems, but by real kitchens, real feedback, and real celebrations.

Mini’s Bake Studio does not operate as a high-volume bakery. We intentionally remain small so that each order receives individual attention.

Only approved menu items are offered, and new products are introduced only after receiving the required permissions.
